It is not our
policy to sell or market the personal, non-public, information about
you to third parties without your consent. Such information is used
solely in the conduct of our business, on your behalf, and to provide
the highest quality service, which we believe you have every right to
expect.
In the event that we use any non-affiliated, third party service
provider to assist us in providing debt management services, or other
services, to you; and, those services require that we disclose any
non-public personal information about you, we will require that third
party provider to sign an agreement that protects the confidentiality
of your information.
During the initial counseling session and your subsequent enrollment
into settlement program, we will ask you for information regarding:
Debt information including: Credit card and loan account numbers;
current balances; current interest rates; minimum payments; personal
Information including your Social Security Number; Address; Telephone
number; E-mail address; Occupation; Name and address of your employer;
Date of Birth and Age; Gender; Budget Information including your Pay
period; Salary; Other sources of income; Monthly expenses; Assets; and
Other liabilities
Some creditors require that we disclose information regarding your
income, expenses, assets, and liabilities to them in order to obtain
concessions from them.
You have the right to forbid Progressive Debt Relief to release this
information to creditors that require it. However, it must be
understood that, while no creditors guarantee that they will make any
concessions, those that require disclosure of the financial
information described above will not make concessions without it. You
gave the vast majority of this information to the creditors when you
opened the account; or, it can be obtained by the creditors from your
credit report.
Progressive Debt Relief reserves the right to release such information
to law enforcement or other governmental officials as we, in our sole
and absolute discretion, deem necessary to comply with the law.
Progressive Debt Relief may analyze and aggregate our non-public
personal information internally for the purpose of compiling
statistics, evaluating trends in the marketplace, and evaluating the
overall effectiveness of our services. However, we will not share
non-public information with third party service providers except as
has been previously described in this brochure.
Your non-public personal information will not be sold. Progressive
Debt Relief will, however, make information available regarding
financial products and services that we believe you may have a need
for or an interest in learning about. In doing so, we will make
information available to you without releasing information about you
to outside vendors or non-affiliated organizations.
